Hi TupolevFan! I've got a Sansui AU 5900 with "crackle, pop" sounds, and i think the problem is on the 2SA798 transistors. Would you provide me the adaptter you do for it? many thanks and excuse my english.

Hello, this drussel9 EBay seller had a buyer to purchase a Sansui Au-717, don’t recall if the Volume knob has a max stop, it appears to be spinning all the way around without increasing or decreasing the volume.
I have a ? If a unit is marked 100v and I want to use it in U.S. can you make a change for it to operate correctly here? Like a little step down device added inside the amp? I see a lot of gear from Japan labeled 100 v . Thank you for your time Richard
Hello Tupolevfan, I met you through your ad for Sansui repair. Ebay would not let me send a message through them . As I said I send units for refurb to California but shipping and insurance kills me if I purchase the unit on this side of the country. I would like to send 1 unit AU-717 for complete recap/refurb. I go by RichieD on this site, I think. Let me know what you think. Richie
Hello TupolevFan, Would you happen to have two of your small boards that replace a 2SA798? Thank you!
