What do you think about Memorial Day weekend 08? With that kind of long distance notice perhaps our good friends outside the country could manage to come.

Another suggestion might be to post a Sticky at the top of the forum for a list of committed attendees so you know what to expect (and to insure we don't run out of beer).

No comments really just a list. For those who can FIRMLY commit they simply put their name on the list without comments to keep it clean and to make an accurate count.

And if you are willing to do this Ivan I'm sure I speak for all when I say it would be a real pleasure and a very memorable event. I for one would consider it a real honor. We could all pitch in and help share the cost of pizza and beer.

If we could pull this off I believe this might be the first major "forum fest" ever done.

If it turns out that it just can't organize, no biggie, at least we tried.
