I have confirmed there will be McIntosh presence at our Memorial Day get together.
Probably a few Big Names will fly in to host and assist with questions.
McIntosh & I will cater in some food & beverages, which will certainly guarantee a great time for all who can attend.
As I look at the Calendar, May 24th (Saturday) looks like when it will happen. :thmbsp:

Ivan, did you mean Saturday 24 May? Memorial Day is Mon 26 May. Happy New Year! Fireworks are going off already around our neighborhood.

I am booked at the Coral Springs Marriott
Just wanted to check back in for any details..Fort Lauderdale airport...Coral Springs..Monday, Memorial Day? I will bring my Nikon and Lenses if you like so we can take lots of pics to share and post later. Need any help to set up or clean up let me know. Really looking forward to meeting everyone!
The Holiday will be celebrated on Monday, but we are going to get together on Saturday. Camera is great, as far as cleanup; I will have it Catered so everyone can relax & enjoy.

You know I'm going to have to take pics of the cars for my boy this time. Ok, for the wife and daughters too! I got the 12 yo stepson a little tube integrated amp with iPod dock for Christmas. It was awesome, he sat next to me in rapt attention as we unpacked it and put it together. And even though he is a little metal head at this stage of his life he also downloaded Year Of The Cat from iTunes at my request. The first time he heard it he told me it was ok. A few days later we were at my wife's brothers house for our annual pig roast and when no one was around Alexander slid up to me and said "Sal, that song is really good." Looks like all three of my kids are budding audio files at this point, and hopefully Macophiles in the future. Maybe during the get together we can bend the ears of the Mac guys who will be there and see if they would ever consider a real entry level line, sort of a Mac-Junior approach for the young ones. Then again, there's always used!
BTW, my wife thinks I have a girlfriend over on the east coast. Every few weeks I remind her of the Mem Day weekend bash and she wonders why I'm telling her about something that is months away. She hasn't seen your room or cars in person, then she'd understand!
