Happy Birthday to Me... (YEAH BABY!)

similost · Apr 17, 2009

In honor of my big Four Five tomorrow, I just bought myself a present...

Hopefully pick it up tonight...

WhiteSE · Apr 17, 2009

damn, no audio gifts?? If I knew it was your Bday, I would have gotten you a real bike like a Desmodromic Ducati...LOL

Happy Birthday and Happy Motoring!!!!

similost · Apr 17, 2009

LOL.. yeah.. I got enough audio crap.. I need to get something the wife will enjoy with me too...

I don't think she would like being on the back of a Ducati, but I sure would enjoy it if you want to send me a belated gift.. I'm sure I can get over the lateness

Happy Birthday and congrat's on a beautiful motorcycle there.

similost · Apr 17, 2009

Thanks Jazz...

Just what I need now though.. doesn't two mean a collection? So now I'm collecting motorcycles on top of the audio gear?

Man.. if stereo gear isn't expensive enough.. chrome and accessories is even worse...

*sigh*

kope_hun · Apr 17, 2009

Happy Birthday! That is one beautiful bike...

It's not audio gear, but at least it's an audio brand

TejasRichard · Apr 17, 2009

It may not be audio gear, but i bet it makes music when you crank it....

similost · Apr 17, 2009

Not sure if it's music or not.. this one is pretty quiet.. but I'm sure the giggle I'll be hearing in my head as I'm out on the back roads on this will be better than any music I can play at home..

meggy · Apr 17, 2009

Wow. Happy Birthday.

similost · Apr 17, 2009

Thanks Meggy.. but that wasn't so much why I started the thread (which I just realized was posted in the wrong place.. SOrry to what ever mod has to move this)

I was just trying to justify to myself a spur of the moment purchase..

Happy Birthday James. Tomorrow should be a great day for a ride.

Should be, but I'll be surprised if I get to ride the new one. The check from the credit union has to be sent from Illinois... SO.. I'm guessing Monday will be the day...

I might see about getting the other bike back together this evening and taking it out for a bit tomorrow.. dust off the riding skills since they sat over the winter..

Gonna hit the Hickory Hut at Nation Harbor for dinner tomorrow.. I think I'm looking forward to that more than I am getting the new bike home.

Tmac83 · Apr 17, 2009

Happy Birthday and congrats James that is an awesome gift for yourself.

dokblues · Apr 17, 2009

Happy Birthday! And Congrats on the AWESOME new Toy! Enjoy!
