I'll be picking up a Realistic branded Elac Miracord 40a this week.
I can hear the snickering all the way here to Canada.

I've finished and tested the lovely Elac Miracord 40A record-changer record player, and the sound was quite simply stunning: incredible dynamics, PRaT, bass, very good detail, losing out only on subtleties like imaging when compared with my reference decks.
High praise indeed!
I have a speaker project and and a Lenco project lined up for this spring and summer.
I think now that I will address the Miracord and Lenco together, giving the 40a the same care, attention and massive plinth treament as the L75.
