Simple, but totally gorgeous!! :thmbsp: And if I can trust my eyes, you got the Technics leveling feet also.

Thanks! No arm plans as of now; not sure I'm even keeping it, but I certainly think a nice vintage arm would look great on it. :D

Zonker your table is boss looking. Fellow sp25 owner. Very big fan of my fr-54 arm. Sounds great and won't break the bank.

Thanks! I don't know; too many tables and only room for one I guess. :dunno:

Who says you have to have one turntable? I bet if you would take a poll, you would find the majority of the members have more than one table. I have four turntables, two Duals and two ARs. I did have five until I sold a Pioneer 707.

I like the ability of swapping turntables. I have two pair of speakers in my audio system that I like to swap back and forth as well. For me, that's the beauty of this hobby, and it is part of journey to achieve as close to audio nirvana as we can get.

So, do you just put the record on and watch it spin?

Only joking, it's a fine looking piece of work. Seems a shame to let it go without playing at least one record on it. A Rega arm, paint stripped and polished like the Technics unit would be a good match IMHO.

Very nice work and very pretty. Just one question, it looks as though the top is made of 1 solid piece of walnut and the sides are mitered to the front trim. How are the sides attached tot he top piece? Are you concerned about wood movement busting your miters out? Fledgling woodworker here and always wonder about these things.
