    ADS 1090 Tweeter replacement

    I'm trying to replace old tweeters in ADS 1090's and can not remove them . They won't budge. Prying etc. is futile. Any suggestions for removal short of utter destruction of the cabinets? The cabinets appear to be sealed but for the low partial access in back. Thanks.

    ADS Speaker Fanatics I need your advice concerning L880 sticky dome tweeter

    My Sansui AU 517 is in the shop right now getting a full recap and restoration. I have my heart set on acquiring a pair of 3 way ADS speakers to pair with the Sansui. My local CL has a pair of L880's that appear to be in nice condition for $450. Although the dome tweeter on one (please see pics)...
