    Regluing components after replacement?

    I have replaced two power transistors per a service bulletin on my Yamaha CR2020. They reside on board, with small heatsinks. When the receiver was manufactured, they used a glue to hold the heatsinks to the board. I could leave them as is, with only the transistor leads supporting the assembly...
