    Creaky Tonearm?

    Hi, I have a Mitsubishi DP-EC1 that's been great but recently has been giving me some trouble. The mechanism is fully automatic and when I press the start button, the tonearm makes a creaky/squeaky sound while moving toward the platter and would fall short of the record. This problem went away...
