    Mitsubishi DP-EC8 - Tone arm will not lower to disc

    I have a Mits DP-EC8. It has been packed away for over twenty years. I recently pull it out and there is one problem, when I press start the tonearm will raise from the rest stop and the arm will proceed to swing over the disc. The problem is it continues to swing over the disc, never lowering...
