I've been a proponent of stiffening speaker boxes and damping panels to reduce their overall contribution to the sound since I first learned about box resonance over 40 years ago. Polk Audio RTi10 Speakers - Updated tweeters or midranges?

Help in identifying vintage Pioneer speakers w/ removed model sticker?
A friend of mine has a really nice set of older Pioneer-branded floor speakers, and I tried to find the model number so I could find and purchase my own set. However, the sticker was removed on both of them. A reverse image search turned up nothing. I'm including a picture here with the hopes...
