    Foam surround vs Rubber surround

    I have a pair of Infinity RS4b speakers that I found at a local resale store for cheap ($10 for the pair). The woofer surrounds are totally gone. I plan on replacing them surrounds myself as I have done 5.25 car speakers in the past. My question is, can I replace the foam surrounds with rubber...
