    Testing fisher 500c

    Hi, new member here. Might be a dumb question but here we go. Im meeting a guy to possibly buy a fisher 500c. I want to obviously test it out first so I was planning on just hooking it up to a power inverter from my car outlet. Just wondering if there is any risk of damaging the unit by testing...
