    Sony PM-5100 Jammed shaft - Thrust assembly - what to do?

    Hi guys, I'm restoring this Sony PM-5100 turntable which is in excellent condition apart from a jammed thrust bearing. I have no idea how to go about trying to free this up or remove it. I found bits of timber in the end of it and the set screw head worse for ware so guessing somebody else has...
