kef 103.2 crossover capacitor caps rebuild

On KEF 103.2 one speaker has tweeter which works but main speaker doesn't work?

HI, I've got a pair of kef for which i just finished rebuilding the enclosures Sanded and refinished them since they had some pretty deep scratches Result is too dark in my opinion but they look nice Anyway, the question : checked the crossover and i am wondering if they are original I think...
