kenwood kd 750 turn table

Hello all, New there. I have a Kenwood KA 9100 Amp and it turns on, but the meters don't show is putting out any power. If I turn the value to max, I can just hear a little sound. Any thoughts or suggestions?? I also have a Kenwood KD 750 Turn Table and its powers up fine, but the quartz...
