    Intermittent Dial Lights on Sansui 8080

    Hi all, I have a nice Sansui 8080 (not db). Love it. But the dial lights like to cut in and out. Dial lights were fully replaced with original bulbs from the awesome dgwojo just recently and installed properly. A good whack on the top of the unit sometimes helps, it can fix the problem...

    Replacing internal fuse in Technics SA-300 receiver

    Hi all. Pardon my incredible ignorance here. My understanding of electronics is as basic as it gets. The lights and FM signal strength meter do not function, and I suspect that it has to do with the internal fuse (not the speaker fuses on the back of the unit). The text next to the fuse says...
