    M-50 Lost Right Channel

    I bought a used M-50 in Europe (Dual Voltage) and I've had right channel issues from the beginning. A little tap on the top would bring the channel back. The tap became a slap and now the channel is out for good. I'm not a tech and don't know how to check resisters etc. I see nothing damaged...

    Yamaha M-50 restoration /recap kits on eBay

    I recently bought a M-50 amplifier which the owner has said he had sitting for more than a decade. He powered it up in front of me and the protection light did not come on. Now I bought this from him knowing I will need to restore and replace many of the older components and replace the meter...
