    Marantz 4300 startup hiss / distortion.

    Weird issue on a 4300 I got in. The second you turn it on there’s almost instant white noise. I ran a signal straight to the amps and they play perfectly. I believe the problem is in the preamp, but the thing is, the audio is clear behind the white noise I’m getting. Does this mean it could be...
