    SX 1280 Help! No Power

    i have recently acquired a SX1280. It doesn’t power on. On the power supply board: I get an AC Voltage of 70V between pin 1(red) and ground I get 21V between pin2 ( brown) and ground. Nothing elsewhere. Any help would be appreciated.
