    Hello, I have a Sony FA50ES with the mosfets of one channel broken, pair 2SJ201B - 2SK1530B. I could not find the data of the 'B' version online (they are Sony branded), has anyone already replaced them and can tell me what I can change them with? thx /ste

    Power MOSFET replacements...

    Looking for some replacement Power MOSFETs for a little amp. The originals are FX30KMJ-3 and FS30KMJ-3. I was loking at some replacements but I couldn't find any P-channel ones that could go up to -30V drain current. Would the be a problem? Wondered if anyone had some better ideas for...
