Sony FA50ES - 2SJ201B - 2SK1530B

I have a Sony FA50ES with the mosfets of one channel broken, pair 2SJ201B - 2SK1530B. I could not find the data of the 'B' version online (they are Sony branded), has anyone already replaced them and can tell me what I can change them with?

yes I saw that thread, but it doesn't say what you can replace it with by purchasing commercial mosfets for example from digikey or mouser, I was looking for someone who had already done this type of replacement...
