    Is a Crossover needed for full range woofers?

    Replacing woofers on my speakers soon. I was hoping to bypass the cheap tweeters in them as the Dayton Audio full range drivers I have in mind have a frequency response from 40Hz to 25,000Hz. Is it possible for me to simply delete the crossover and just wire the driver directly to the speaker...
