    New purchase 4900Z receiver worked beautifully...once!

    Bought receiver and tested on AR3-a's and everything sounded great. Next day the unit wouldn't power on, but occasionally the peak power meter lights would flash red; but otherwise DOA. Any suggestions. Fuse looks good and I had it plugged into fairly robust surge protector.
