rev

My tc730 will not go into REV mode. It tries, but the solenoid will not pull in. It tries to pull in, but there is only about 30v. If I help it pull in, it will hold. Anyone familiar with this deck and can explain where the higher voltage would come from to do the initial pull in...and how then...
