    What should the capacitance reading on this Dual-C Filter Capacitor from the G-7000 unit be? Is this a bad capacitor? Middle + Red = 8.79mF Middle + Black = 7.84mF Red + Black = 4.14mF Marking on the cap says: 12000 uF + 12000uF
