    CR-640 both meters stuck

    Digital volt meter shows proper signals are getting to the meters. With meters out, blowing lightly on the needles, they stick all over. 99% alcohol has not freed up the stickiness. Could be a victim of cigarette smoke. I have read all the past posts on this question, but no one has addressed...
