    Gaps in Advent surrounds

    I recently bought 4 New Large Advents in very good shape BUT every one of the has 2 gaps in the surround. Does anyone know why this might have happened? They sound ok but the bass isn’t what it should be. I guess that’s not surprising… I’d appreciate any thoughts.

    KLH 17 Surround Material

    Hi, Can anybody tell me what kind of surround gunk is on these woofers. Picked them up at an auction, recapped them, and boy are they nice, especially in those mids. thanks as always!
