    turntable broke after transport

    hello so i recently bought new turntable and both seem to brake while transporting one is like pressed in and the start button won’t come out again and the other one has a broken counterweight-thingy does anyone know if there’s any way i can fix the pressed in stuff it’s still working but...

    Thorens TD 160 squeaks where the tone arm is mounted.

    The rectangular plate seems like it may be misadjusted. When the suspension moves up and down, it squeaks. At first I thought it was the springs, which were really rusty, so I replaced those with the Vinyl Nirvana kit, but afterwards realized that it wasn't the springs that were noisy. I have...
