    Hello, I have two turntables and both have tonearms that sit slightly higher at the back. One is the Marantz 6200 and the other is the Technics SL-1400 Mk1.     How important is tonearm height?

    I would think that tonearm height is very important but I see so few turntables with the ability to raise or lower the tonearm. Then again, I don't really know the impact on the audio output from a tonearm that is too high or too low. Maybe I don't know what to look for and every turntable does...
