    Humming - Thorens TP60 headshell with TP16 tonearm

    Hi there- I have a Thorens TD125 MKII with a TP16 tonearm and a TP60 headshell. The headshell is incredibly sensitive to producing a hum if I touch or install it the wrong way. I've removed and rescrewed it on multiple times. It's a crapshoot as to whether it'll hum once it's properly...

    Thorens 125 MK2 Tp16 - restoration

    Hello all, Just bought a Thorens 125 Mk2. The tonearm was altered/fixed and it shows as the picture attached. It works fine, but I would like to cosmetically fixit. Is it possible or its better to buy a new tonearm altogether? Thanks
