Thorens 125 MK2 Tp16 - restoration

Hello all,

Just bought a Thorens 125 Mk2. The tonearm was altered/fixed and it shows as the picture attached. It works fine, but I would like to cosmetically fixit.

Is it possible or its better to buy a new tonearm altogether?

I would keep the TP16 for now and just get a new plastic cap for it.

That. I feel embarrassed of my ingenuity . Didn’t realize it was a cap that was missing.
Now only have to find a set of hinges, original or alternatives, to mount the dust cover.
