    Tuning meter dead?

    I picked up a Pioneer TX-7100 this week and all seems to be well besides needing some new bulbs and the signal meter was dead. I tried connecting and aerial, nothing. Tried checking for a voltage, and there is voltage up to the signal meter (1.5-2.5V with a good signal). I then tried to...
