1 Sub to 2 amps?????

So,I'm a/B ing my Sansui au717 and a DaytonAudio HT100.
I Have 2 pair of Hereseys running on my Sansui.For the Dayton I have a pair of Polk Monitor 5jr Series 2 and Klipsch ksb3s.
I have a Klipsch ksw12 into my Dayton and sounds awsome with the 2 smaller speakers connected with the one sub cable.
Can I use the same sub to hook to one of the Hereseys also using the wired
connectors so when I press "b" the sub would be working with my sansui,and 1 set of Hereseys.

Not sure about how this is all set up. A sketch would help, but on the face if it, it sounds risky to me. Kinda like two amp outputs connected together, which is a non-good thing.

an A-B speaker switch should work just fine.
Amp one on A
Amp 2 on B
sub to the input

Just make sure having A and B on at the same time is not an option.

So,my Dayton has 1 speaker out so I have a switcher on that one so I can run both my smallers,no problem with that setup with the sub connected with the sub cord to the Dayton.
I want to use the same sub to run 1 pair of Hereseys.Btw,my amp switcher will not let me switch both on at the same time,so I'm good on that.
Would I use another speaker switcher to connect sub in A and Heresey in B with the speaker wire connectors used on back of sub?
Or just simply just run my Heresey wire into sub and then sub out to whichever I have on back of amp.

I haven't been able to find a HT100 amp. You sure it's not a HTA100?

IMHO speaker switchers tend to slightly color the sound. So if using "another speaker switcher" you may not get an accurate representation of which combination is better.
I would prefer just moving the wires from one set of speakers to another for a more accurate comparison.
