I've added the following to the 1060 recap list: replace C727/728 in the input low-pass filter with a 100pF Wima FKP or a C0G capacitor. See here for the rationale: http://audiokarma.org/forums/showpost.php?p=7681291&postcount=47
Yes...Thank You!!!!...Just updated my order from Mouser just in time to add in my 1060.I've added the following to the 1060 recap list: replace C727/728 in the input low-pass filter with a 100pF Wima FKP or a C0G capacitor. Well I finished the Re-Cap (using bktheking's recap list), and adjusted the Power Amp section according the the service manual. So far I have one issue. When I turn the unit off it continues to play until the amp becomes unstable and distorts as the voltage drops. The size of the main filter cap was increased to 10000uF from the stock 4700uF. Do i need a bleeder Resistor across this cap so it will drop out quicker? Or is this just the nature of the beast.

I have to say that right now I'd have to rate this as one of the worst amps ever produced by marantz - or at least my model - recapped and serviced it still sounds strained, unnatural, underpowered and anything but sweet.
