1060 vs 3200?

Some day I hope to acquire a 140 amp which means I'll need a pre-amp to go with it. I know the 3200 is the typical match for the 140 but I've read differing comments on the 3200. On the other hand, it seems I've read nothing but good comments about the 1060 so I'm wondering if it might be a better choice to use a 1060 as the pre-amp for a 140. Opinions?

I think the 1060 amp has overall a better sounding preamp but the 3200 is far more flexible.
