11000a - no bias current and fluctuating dc offset

Long story short - noob tried to recap and replace a few transistors and ended up frying the amp. With some guidance from people on this forum (Original post link) I figured I had to replace the outputs transistors which were shorted and associated resistors, most transistors and a few resistors on the driver board.

Now the amp turns on, I am no longer burning resistors or transistors but the issue is that
1. it can go in and out of protection randomly but sometimes it will stay for 15 minutes out of protection, sometimes more
2. i get no reading for bias current measured as described in the service manuel (0 mA)
3. Dc offset fluctuates wildly at first (from -1V to +1V), then after a while stabilizes at around 35mV on the left channel and continues fluctuating randomly on the right channel between 0 and 50 mV

What do you suggest I check? I wish I had a competent tech around who could look at it it but unfortunately where Iive (Morocco) that is not an option, so I have to figure it out myself

Thanks for your help
