negotiations ensuing. it's almost a 2 hour drive, one way, so i need to factor a $70 tank of gas into the equation...

Negotiations slowly deteriorating as the distance to seller and schedule coordination becomes an issue. It also seems the seller is firm on price, which goes against the fabric of my being. No stands. Damage to wood top and bottom and someone apparently did a fabric repair that was "OK" but not great. Supposedly sounds OK by could use a recap. I offered $100. I'm in no rush to own these, so if someone in RI wants them, go grab them.
