12AT7 question for MC75 60th

On the 60th Anniv. MC75 amp the amp takes
1 - 12AX7
2 - 12AT7
2 - KT88

The two 12AT7 tubes are for Volt Amplifier and Driver. Do these tubes need to be matched? I've got an assortment of 12AT7s Mostly Pairs.. So I'd have one amp with a pair of Mullard.. Then I have a real nice Siemens 12AT7.. 2 Phillips JAN 12AT7.. 2 Raytheon 12AT7.

So If I had the Siemens and then one other in an amp... Bad?

I thought if One 12AT7 did Volt Amp and then the other a Driver it would not be a big deal... I also have 2 pair of 7062 taller 12AT7 (Somewhat less gain then a 12AT7)

Match tubes between channels. The idea is to have the same gain/behavior at the same positions, so use one pair for the voltage amplification positions, and the other pair for the driver positions. That way you'll end up with mixed 12AT7s per monoblock, but that's perfectly fine.

That makes sense. Does it make sense to use a better tube in the volt Amp spot VS the driver position? Do either have more of an impact on sound?

I can't wait to get these amps!
