12AX7 Compatability Question.

Hi All,

I picked up a couple of Mullard 12AX7 tubes, they are used, made in Great Britain with good strength left. My question is one is marked 12AX7 and the other 12AX7A, are they okay to use together in my Jolida JD100A cd player? Thanks for any help.

Yes, the "A" only indicates that, that tube is controlled warmup. Jam on

Yes, no problem unless it is used in a series string and then still no real problem...
