16 ohm speakers and Mini-watt N3 tube amp ?

My tube amp has three hookup choices on the back , 4 ohm , 6 ohms and 8 ohms . I have a pair of vintage Panasonic speakers that use a single 16 ohm speaker in each cabinet (full range driver ) . Can this speaker be used with my tube amp and if so what would be the best hook up method 4 , 6 or 8 ohms ?
