1987 Sanyo RD-W41 cassette deck

As the title clearly states, that is the deck that I am using right now - that deck was given to me by a friend of mine in a backyard shed dubbed "the mouse house" - it's a pretty good deck, or at least a decent one after cleaning the crap out of it with Windex and lots of paper towels.....

Sanyo kit of that era is actually pretty bullet proof. Not exactly the last word in hi fi, but perfectly useable.
I recently did up a RD220 which is a couple of years older than yours, very compact neat little unit and needed only a few tweaks to get it up to spec.
