Hiya!
Okay, so, I've had my 1byone H009 for just over a year, and the player is running slightly slowly, enough that it's noticeable and annoying. I've replaced the belt and oiled the spindal, so that leaves me with the motor as the culprit. I had a look and it's a generic EG530SD-3F motor, however the available replacement parts online seem not to have the same motor pulley (at least that's what I think it's called, the bit the belt goes around) I don't know enough about how the motors themselves work as to whether I could maybe harvest parts from one of the online EG530SD-3F motors, and combine it with the 1ByOne specific motor?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

They do have a two year warranty, but their customer service via email is not great. I've been in a back and forth for about two months and it's not really gone anywhere. I'm planning to phone them but there's a timezone difference I need to account for. If I do recieve help from the company in the end then that's great, but if not I'd like to have a backup plan of repairing it myself

Your problem is not going to be fixed by a warranty exchange.
You need to adjust the motor speed.

Okay, I managed to get it within around 0.89% which is a lot better than it was, and it's record so it'll never be perfectly in sync with digital unless you're very picky. But it sounds a lot better now. Thank you very much for your help, I greatly appreciate it!
 
I have this exact turntable, and I turned the screws on the motor to make the rpm more accurate. But after a few hours of not being on, it becomes either slower or faster. Would anyone know what's going on and how I can fix this?
 
I noticed that if it does become slower, having it run for a few minutes causes it to speed up. You might be right
