2 Fosi preamps into a A/B swtcher

I have 2 Fosi preamps for my 2 tts hooked in tapes 1 and 2 on my amp.
I have a chance to pick up a Schiit sys passive preamp with 2 "ins" and an "out".
Can I free up one of my tape "ins" on my amp if I run both Fosi preamps into this?
My aux is already taken up by 4 units on a switcher(8track,cassette,cd,r to r)

You could. But I'd regard that a suboptimal solution compared to a pure signal switch - because due to the integrated 10 kOhm pot the sources (= your Fosi phono stages) would see a considerably reduced load impedance. Hence I'd rather suggest you to buy or build yourself a pure signal switch.
