2 Hammond AO-43 Organ Amps?

Hi all,
I have 2 AO-43 Hammond Organ amps and I do not play guitar. I found a parts layout for it and some schematics, but all schematics I can locate are conversions to guitar amps. Can these be converted to HiFi or is FR not good enough?

I pulled some stuff from an old Hammond tube amp... A 102 or 103, if I'm remembering correctly?!? I took it over to a fellow AKer's house this weekend, and we were discussing if it was going to cover the full frequency range or not. If not, you might just want to sell them to a guitarist looking to build a tube amp. Then use the money to buy something that will suit you better.

Well thanks for the parts layoout and schematic. I can probably adapt these for my AO-68 amp for guitar use. See here for some pics of mine which run 7591 tubes: http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?t=519000

For what it's worth, I think the o/p tranny of my amp sounds fine for audio. My guess is your amps would work as a stereo pair. As a start, why not just run them as they are as a pair of mono power amps and see if you like what you hear?

Dandy, that's probably what I will do. Just have to recap and find some tubes in the garage to use.

EDIT* I found a schematic of an AO-44 converted, just have to compare parts between the 2.
