2 HDMI into 1 HDMI for vintage receiver

I have a vintage receiver that I run a 1) Chromecast Video device which is HDMI into as well as a 2) Blu-ray Player that also is HDMI.

I have a J-Tech device (shown here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BIQER0E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which splits the HDMI audio out from these two sources into analog RCA Left & Right and feeds the analog audio signal into my vintage receiver.

But since I have two HDMI inputs to manage, and the J-Tech device only has one HDMI input, I manually unplug the unused HDMI device and then plug in the other HDMI device into the J-Tech.

To avoid the need to manually do this each and every time, can I use the device above in the link to plug both in and just push the button to select whichever device I want to use?

Thanks for your time and replies.

Hey hnash53, I've got something similar to your link, a Monoprice HDS-201. I used it for a while to send two different HDMI signals out to my single monitor input and it worked great, 2 in 1 out. I'm not using it anymore, PM me your address and I'll send it to you for postage if you want it.
