Some records are freaking valuable. What makes you think they can't be?

Exactly. I have some Mercury Living Presence records from the late 1950s that are collectors items.

And I have thousands of dollars worth of Living Stereos- my commentary was more that if you go into antiques stores they often have all of their vinyl at $10 or more, regardless of artist, label or whatever. This concept that all vinyl is old and thus valuable is laughable....

Hi
mmmh
i meet this attidude often with fleamarket dealers without a clue...

In a pro-buy&sel-recordstore they would be in a reasonable condition 2,50-5,00 $.

difference is: Fleamarket/antikestore are most rotten, dirty, and not even worth looking at, neets looat 100s to find 3 that may be worth 1,50$ to have a big discussion with the seller.
In the few stores i go i know what i get, junk goes where it should go, in the bin, and not into sale.

Helge
