2017 Sansui Serial Number Database

Sriskie, can you give me a little background on this serial number. It doesn't follow the standard serial number format. It's either an error or something new. Can you post a picture of it?

Apologys:bowdown:. That's actually the serial number for a SX-3800. I was using my phone and reaching down behind my pile of parts donors and and aimed wrong.

The correct number is AU-D5,831020166,Sriskie

SansuiJavier, can you double check the AU-777. There shouldn't be any letters in a Sansui Serial number. Could the S be a 5 or an 8? Also, the AU-6600, I understand the question marks for the last two digits but even taking that into account, it still has too few digits. It should have a total of 9 digits.

You're right Pete, the AU-777 series is 829030400, the AU-6600 series is 8350503XX. Thanks LBPete

Thanks, I made the corrections. Even without the last two digits of the AU-6600, the rest of the serial number still provides good production information.
