2019 Value of ADS L1590 series 2

Hi,

I have an opportunity to purchase a pair of ADS L1590ii speakers. I've bought a couple items from a local Craigslist seller, and what he sells is always original, and in great condition.

Here is as much detail I can give:

ADS L1590 series 2
Speaker terminals on the underside
Black metal grills
Light walnut wood veneer with little signs of wear

Any ideas?

Can be found for less but maybe not I excellent condition. Euro walnut was the $2200 system back then. Black was 19 and rosewood 26. If they have stands, boxes, paperwork or are less than 800 it's a deal.

The stands, foot really for each speaker gave it a larger footprint and I don't think it necessary. They are stable on carpet without them. The smaller models probably needed them.

A stand? Do you have a Weblink or a pic you could share?
 
Now that I'm at the machine with the files:

This is the top rear view, showing the channel to route the wire into the center for connection to the speaker. Bottom view attached.

I used these jumpers I made to hook up the speakers as my speaker wires have banana plugs on the ends. The Red and Black pieces are the best Chinese product I have purchased, available on the bay. Added some left over decent speaker wire and have them sticking out from under the speakers.

Very clever and resourceful. I have a pair of ADS L1290ii, which I purchased recently and it is a pain tipping them over to connect a pair of wires. Thank you, and thank you for the pics too.

I'm still evaluating them. The 910's and L1590ii's are both great sounding speakers and deserving of being mains in anyone's line up.

The 910's have deeper lows, and the L1590ii's have tighter bass.

The 910's have flat true highs and mids, yet laid back, while the 1590ii have up-front highs and mids and just as accurate.

Both are wonderful! You can NEVER go wrong with ADS. I have Richard-So-rebuilt L570's (two-way speakers), and they are incredible in their own right. Amazing for a two-way to sound so full.
