2026 So-Cal Audio Fest 10/11/26

It's official, the So-Cal fest is on. Sunday October 11th at the Bloomfield Park Activity Room, 21420 Pioneer Blvd, Lakewood, CA 90715.

This is a good size rectangular room with a separate Kitchen area. There will be 12 rectangular tables and chairs. We will need extension cords and power strips. The Activity Room is not close to the parking lot. We will have to move gear across a long sidewalk. So if you have a cart of some sort bring it. More details to follow.

I'd like to get an idea of who is coming so please post your intentions here. I'll print up name tags for the attendees. Also post if you are planning to display equipment. I need to allocate the table space.

This is coming up fast. With the lack of response I'm wondering if there is enough interest to pull this off.

Several of you showed interest in an earlier thread. Are you still interested? I would appreciate some feedback on what direction to take in putting this together.

Wasn’t sure if I could commit until Monday’s Complex Neurosurgeon appointment. I have at least 2 mon ths before back surgery. I’can’t lift much, but I’m in. Let’s set a date to plan over a schooner at Joe Jost. I can probably handle the food with 1 helper if we decide to cover our costs that way. I’m open to meeting as soon as Tuesday at home here in FV or at Joe Jost’s. I’m wide open the rest of the week, but have appointments to schedule.
Denver plays the Chargers the 11th. Tricia, lovely wife and rabid Charger Fan since ‘77 says I can go to our little fest, but for the cost of a ticket. I said she’s going to go with me and help with the tri-tip sammiches. She’s in too, but doesn’t want to be the only woman. Who’s in?
